The ACT tutoring course at Troy Christian is designed to help students prepare or raise their scores on the ACT. Over one million students take the ACT each year, and we know our students want to do well! This is a 12 session course designed to help the students review core concepts in Math, Science and English, as well as an overview on test taking strategies. This course will be beneficial for students due to the small class size, the expertise of our teachers, practice tests and the unique structure of the course. Your student can choose to attend all 12 sessions or he/she can just come to the specific sessions in the area they want to improve. Each session will be 1.5 hours in duration, and there will be four sessions covering each of the three areas on the ACT, as well as one session covering test taking strategies.
Orientation and Science sessions will take place in July, while Math and English sessions are scheduled for August.
After you sign up and are confirmed, you will receive an email from the teacher letting you know you have been scheduled for the class. There are only 10 spots available for each session so we can keep the classroom size small; therefore, priority is given to those who sign up and pay in advance. Pricing: $40 per session - There will be a 10% discount available if the student signs up for every session in a subject and pays the total in advance. Payments for single sessions must be made the Friday before the session you wish to attend. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
